As the Association of Computer Engineering Students (ACES) of the University of Peradeniya, we organize ACES Coders annually as a major event to improve the coding skills, competitiveness and interactions of undergraduates Island wide. ACES Coders started ten years ago as a practice event to prepare computer engineering students of the University of Peradeniya to take part in similar online programming competitions such as IEEEXtreme and ICM ACPC.

This year, “ACES Coders v8.0” will be held on the 29th February 2020 from 6.00 p.m. to the following day 6.00 a.m. as an overnight 12 hours competition at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya. The competition focuses on problem-solving skills with algorithms using the Hackerrank platform.
